Ms Liu Jiehong – Executive Director
Native of Qianshan, Anhui province, China, Madam Liu Jiehong was involved in the management of production, business and asset of Dong Guan Each-Tai Corporation and Shenzhen Vigorhood Electronics Co Ltd after graduating from University. Her major contribution was in supply chain management.
Mdm Liu Jiehong co-founded Amer International Group with her husband and became its Chief Financial Officer from 1997 – 2005. During this period, she standardized the financial management system in order to bring the Group to meet international standards. She was also responsible for the foreign investments and strategic financial decisions, introducing and implementing the ERP system in order to maximize the resource sharing within the Group.
Since 2005, as the Executive Director and one of the Strategic Committee members of Amer International Group, Mdm Liu has involved in the strategic planning, investment and financial decisions, standardizing administration and control system.
Mdm Liu plays an important role in the investment, mergers and acquisitions, financial management as well as control system, bringing the Group to be in Top 500 Chinese Companies and Fortune Global 500.
Mr Philip Chan – Managing Director
Mr Philip Chan is concurrently the Managing Director of Wey Way Investments Pte Ltd, C&H Properties Pte Ltd and Mutual Benefits Realty Pte Ltd.
In 2001, Mr Chan was the Group Director of C&H Properties Pte Ltd, one of the most reputable real estate agencies in Singapore with around 1,000 property agents in 2001. He subsequently became a franchisee of the C&H Group.
In 2011, Mr Chan founded Mutual Benefits Realty Pte Ltd, a company independent of C&H Properties, as its sole proprietor. The company has some 15 agents and is focused on serving high net-worth clients from China in their acquisition and investment in both high-end and mid-range properties in Singapore.
Subsequently in 2012, Mr Chan co-founded Wen Way Investments Pte Ltd, a property investment company. Wen Way Investments Pte Ltd’s main business focus is to make real estate investments in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Since its inception, the company has acquired S$200mil worth of commercial properties in Singapore. As at 1st Jan 2013, Mr Chan assumed the role of C&H Group CEO after Wen Way Investments Pte Ltd acquired 80% shares of the Group.
Since July 2011, Mr Chan has also been the president of Kowloon Club-one of the biggest immigrant associations in Singapore which serves and supports a large group of immigrants, mainly from Hong Kong.
